ข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะของผู้สอน หลักสูตรปริญญเอก
-------------------

1.  อาจารย์ประจำ ที่มีวุฒิปริญญาเอก ในสาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา หรือวิทยาการทางการศึกษา ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนหรือการบริหารองคืกรทางการศึกษา มากกว่า 3 ปี
2. มีภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการ
3. มีความสามารถด้านการออกแบบและจัดการเรียนรู้ระดับบัณฑิตศึกษา
4. มีทักษะด้านการวิจัยทางการศึกษาและการบริหารการศึกษา
5. มีสมรรถนะในการออกแบบและสร้างสรรค์งานด้านการบริการทางวิชาการทั้งในระบบห้องเรียนปกติและระบบออนไลน์
     (เช่น เป็นคณะกรรมการทางวิชาการให้กับองค์กรต่างๆ ออกแบบโครงการฝึกอบรม  ผลิตหนังสือ-ตำราทางวิชาการ เขียนบทความเผยแพร่องค์ความรู้เพื่อบริการทางวิชาการ  ด้านการศึกษา หรือด้านการบริหารการศึกษา เป็นต้น)
6. สามารถบูรณาการการวิจัยและบริการทางวิชาการกับการจัดการเรียนรู้
7. มีความรับผิดชอบ มีน้ำใจ เอื้ออาทรต่อศิษย์

Qualification of Program Instructors

1. Full-time lecturer with a doctorate degree in the field of Educational Administration or those who has experience in Educational Administration more than 3 years of  experience.
2. Having academic leadership
3. Have the ability to instructional design and learning management.
4. Have skills in educational research and educational administration.
5. Capable of designing and creating academic service work. (such as an academic committee for various organizations, designing a training program, Production of books - academic textbooks, writing articles to disseminate knowledge for academic services, etc.)
6. Be able to integrate research and academic services with learning management.
7. Responsibility, kindness, and generosity toward students

  4. Management Skill; มีทักษะในการออกแบบและจัดการงานสนับสนุนงานจัดการศึกษาอย่างคล่องตัวและมีประสิทธิภาพ

  5. ICT Skill; มีทักษะดิจิทัล เพื่อการจัดการข้อมูล สารสนเทศสนับสนุนงานจัดการศึกษา

  6. English Communication Skill; มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อการสื่อสารเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินชีวิตและการปฏิบัติงาน์

    1. บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน ประเมินตนเองปีละครั้ง  วางแผน พัฒนาตนเอง หรือ ร้องขอการฝึกทักษะที่จำเป็น

    2. คณะประะเมินทักษะ หรือลักษณะบุคคล แล้วชี้นำแนวทางการพัฒนา ตามความต้องการจำเป็น

Program's Quality Management System

1. Determine the Program Learning Outcomes...At the beginning of 2022, the expected learning outcomes were set in 3 components; Active Learner, Co-Creator, and Active Citizen, Later, in 2023, after the HEC set standards for learning outcomes in 4 areas; Knowledge, Skills, Ethics, and Characteristics, the program has reviewed and creates the PlOs along with the 4 dimensions that congruence with the former dimensions. Finally, the PLOs of the program are composed of 4 dimensions, a total of 14 items.

2. Strategic Management; Develop the Faculty Strategic Plan and Operation Plan of the Faculty and Implement the Plan that support all of the learning Activities. At the program level we create the Monitoring Calendar to control and support the student and the staffs.

3. Learning Management; Hybrid Channel both On Site and Online, Focused on Work-Integrated Learning

4. Learning Support....1) กำหนด ชุดกิจกรรมเสริมทักษะการเป็นนักบริหารมืออาชีพ(ท้ายเล่มเอกสารหลักสูตร 2)  ระบบสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้  งานกิจการนักศึกษา  3) การมอบหมายให้ทำชุดโครงงานประจำภาคเรียน 4 ภาคการศึกษา- the Integrated Projects for the work-Integrated learning of the program.

5. Learning Resources... พัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้สำคัญ ๆ คือ  Homepage ของโปรแกรมวิชา; ที่มีช่องทางในการส่งเสริม สนับสนุนการเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลาย รวมทั้งการส่งเสริมผ่านห้อง  ARE YOU READY FOR QE, ห้องเรียนรายวิชา ผ่าน Google Classroom, Line group, YouTube Channel, Pod Cast Channel, etc.

6. Assessing the Student Learning; By Testing, assessment , and Portfolio Assessment.

7. Learning & Growth Assessment; Progressive assessment on PLOs at the end of the academic year.
